​
Peter C. Cho is a registered patent attorney who focuses on patent prosecution practice. Peter represents clients in a diverse range of fields, including wireless communication, software, artificial intelligence, network, and semiconductors.
​
Before founding the firm, Peter had worked for a wireless startup company (Newracom, Inc.) where leveraging his deep understanding of WiFi technologies and standard essential patents (SEPs), he developed and managed the entire of the global WiFi 6 patent portfolio including at least 80 SEPs used later for the successful WiFi 6 licensing program. He also built video and cellular patent portfolio and successfully monetized those portfolios through patent transactions and participation in patent pool licensing programs for video and wireless standard-essential patents.

As a licensed patent attorney in Korea, he worked as an in-house counsel at Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) where he developed wireless global patent portfolios covering WCDMA, LTE, Wi-Fi, and WiMAX. He has built and ran various licensing programs to license ETRI patent portfolios.

Prior to joining ETRI, Peter had worked as a Korean patent attorney at a prestigious law firm in Seoul, where he represented numerous global organizations for patent prosecution and litigations.
