Peter C. Cho is a registered patent attorney who focuses on patent prosecution practice. Peter represents clients in a diverse range of fields, including wireless communication, software, artificial intelligence, network, and semiconductors. 

Before founding the firm, Peter had worked for a wireless startup company where he developed and managed a global patent portfolios and maximized the value of the portfolio. He also built video and cellular patent portfolio and successfully monetized those portfolios through patent transactions and participation in patent pool licensing programs for video and wireless standard-essential patents.

As a licensed patent attorney in Korea, he worked as an in-house counsel at Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) where he developed wireless global patent portfolios covering WCDMA, LTE, Wi-Fi, and WiMAX. He has built and ran various licensing programs to license ETRI patent portfolios.

Prior to joining ETRI, Peter had worked as a Korean patent attorney at a prestigious law firm in Seoul, where he represented numerous global organizations for patent prosecution and litigations.
