Chuong Vu is a patent attorney who focuses on patent prosecution.

 

Before working with the firm, Chuong worked for a large law firm where he focused in prosecuting intellectual property related to software, networking, data storage, database, and machine learning applications. Chuong also worked for a boutique law firm where he prosecuted patent applications in diverse areas of technologies, including software, video games, medical devices, electrical systems, automated vehicles, and various consumer products. Chuong drafted and prosecuted patent applications for a broad range of clients including corporations, such as Amazon, SAP, DarwinAI, Riot Games, Ace Vision Group, Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision, ETAP, leading universities such as Georgetown University, as well as venture backed startups and individual inventors.

 

Before joining the law firms, Chuong also worked as an in-house patent counsel for firms specializing in patent monetization where he developed claim charts relating to various standards and technologies. Chuong was also a software and firmware engineer at start-ups and established computer and telecommunication companies.
