Before joining the firm, Victoria developed extensive experience in intellectual property, legal analysis, and financial management across various sectors. At a patent & trademark & law office in South Korea and a government trade agency in the USA, she assisted clients with intellectual property matters and protection, including drafting and submitting trademark applications. She also conducted client interviews, provided trademark strategy counseling, conducted trademark searches and clearances, participated in patent litigation discussions with attorneys, and established business relationships with international clients.

Most recently, she worked as a Treasury & Legal Analyst. In this role, she was responsible for tracking and monitoring the company's financial actions and also provided legal opinions to company executives for legal proceedings. She additionally prepared documents, inspected evidence for trials, and reviewed contracts within the oil and gas industry.
